The two young installers did a great job. Handled everything and showed us how to use the water/ice unit as well as setting the temps on the unit Very pleased.

Canceled and returned product, and purchased Samsung directly. However, I had to buy through Best Buy since Samsung does not install the water valve and extended line.

The installation team were on time and took extra care bringing in the Fridge and moving it into position without scratching the cabinet or floor.

Best buy did not install the water line for my icemaker. They came out and claimed that they didn't have the right part. They rescheduled me and then did not come out a 2nd time. The driver called me and when I asked about the installation he claimed he could not do it unless I paid him more $. I hand already paid best buy for the installation. When I refused to pay more he did not come to my house. Instead he told best buy that I cancled.

We were told by a Brat Buy employee that the service people could run a new waterline for the refrigerator that was being delivered. Once the installers arrived they right away said they could not run a new waterline and that we would need to hire someone else to do it. I still have not received a credit for the installation fee or the waterline kit that was purchased.

Very pleased with our purchase From the sales gal named Haley to the 2 Delivery men they were knowledgeable, personable and professional. The product has met all our expectations.

2 delivery guys showed up on time. Brought into house and into position with ease. No dings on walls. Hooked up water. Removed all tape and made sure trays were all in correct places.

I love my new stove and refrigerator however I had to make a lot of calls to get the installation completed. I pd for the ice maker to be installed but it had to be refunded because I was misinformed at the point of purchase.

Always do a wonderful job installing. Timely and respectful, couldnt ask for anything more.

delivery guys weren't professional installers at all, they just moved the fridge in expecting an existing waterline to hook up to and said no my job or problem and left saying i can return the new water line they were supposed to install. No new dedicated line and my fridge's ice maker is pointless at the moment,

The guys were prompt and knowledgeable. They did a great job moving our old fridge out and installing the new one without and damage to the house or the refrigerators.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They were not able to hook up our water line and I was supposed to get a refund and have not received it. The technican was very polite, but the "refrigerator installation + New Waterline" is misleading. They are not allowed to add a new waterline. They can only hook up a pre-existing one. But you can also do that, so why would you pay $139 to have them hook the line up that is right there???

I ordered the service because I wasn't sure about my current waterline, but they informed me that it was in good shape and saved me the money. They could have just replaced it anyway, But were honest and said that I did not need to.

2 guys came to leave and install my fridge. Was very happy they were fast, respectful and cleaned up after they were done

The installer did an excellent job setting up a new water line from my sink to the new refrigerator.

The technician came at 10am and installed the refrigerator in 30 mins. Also uninstalled old refrigerator and hauled it away.
