The gentleman that came to do the installation were timely and very professional. They were in and out in no time and who up the water line without a hitch.

The company that was contracted did an amazing job at installing my new waterline and told me of a potential water line issue on my cold water line. I would hire them all the time if I could.

delivery guys weren't professional installers at all, they just moved the fridge in expecting an existing waterline to hook up to and said no my job or problem and left saying i can return the new water line they were supposed to install. No new dedicated line and my fridge's ice maker is pointless at the moment,

gentlemen are good specialists, they connected the refrigerator to the contact and to the water in a short time and explained how to use the refrigerator

I love my new stove and refrigerator however I had to make a lot of calls to get the installation completed. I pd for the ice maker to be installed but it had to be refunded because I was misinformed at the point of purchase.

Had the best tech ever come and install our waterline. He was very nice and accommodating. He explained things thoroughly.

I scheduled for my water line to be installed on the 16th, 20th, and 24th of April. It is now May and we still haven’t had anyone come out to install the water line so that we can have ice/water. It’s very frustrating and if I knew how to do it I would have done it myself by now. No one has even called and the last rep I spoke with says that it was marked complete on the 20th but no one has been to my house. The rep before her claimed to have escalated the issue but still nothing has been done. I’m very disappointed in Geek Squad/installation team.

Excellent insulation for the refrigerator/freezer. They hooked up the new water line with no issues as we purchansed this product with delivery. Terrific job, no issues!

Installation was smooth once finally csme, took longer because was special order to fit in my kitchen
