Save your back - Easy process

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After waiting a month for my fridge they came and told me that they couldn't do it because of my dishwasher that is in between, and now i have to hire my own plumber to do the job which is costing me alot more on top of the money i already paid for my fridge, i get it if they can touch other appliances but it would be nice if they let there people selling the products in the store this. Not fair and not right would not reccommend this just get your own person ahead of time to do the work and then dont pay 134 for them to plug in one line.!!!!

Super installer

Horrible Installation experience

I paid for the complete install. Installers came without the required parts to hook up water line. Was told that I needed to call BB to set up another installer to return and complete install. Called Best Buy 7 TIMES over the next 3 days. Was promised that the local installer would follow up with a call to set up installation. Never got a call and eventually had to pay my own plumber to complete the install. I will never use Best Buy again and urge all potential customers to learn from my experience

But these guys were right on with their timeliness. They made sure everything was satisfactory before they left. I feel it was worth the expense to have them install

LG Install

Refrigerator installation.

Quick and easy installation

The guys came around the time they were supposed to come to my house for the appointment. The installation didn't take that long. They even fixed my fridge not being leveled.

Don't trust them or MLA

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I told Best Buy / Geek Squad that my house did not have a previous water line, and that this service would be to install the waterline from the sink to my fridge without going under the house. That was a lie. They brought out a 3rd party from MLA to do this - who then charged an additional $350 on top of the $146.13 I paid. Now I am trying to get a partial refund or something to resolve this but Geek Squad CS said they can't do anything since it was a 3rd party they sent out. Lesson learned, don't trust BB or GS for New Waterline installs.

Buyers Beware of Geek Squad Service

I immediately reported the NO SHOW to Best Buy and the said I would be refunded. I have made numerous calls and online inquiries and no one seems to know when or how I will receive a refund. The customer service reps have blamed corporate management for this issue and I have yet to receive my refund. I have been a regular customer at Best Buy and Geek Squad for the past 15 years plus and this is how they treat their customers... sadly disappointed.
