    I told Best Buy / Geek Squad that my house did not have a previous water line, and that this service would be to install the waterline from the sink to my fridge without going under the house. That was a lie. They brought out a 3rd party from MLA to do this - who then charged an additional $350 on top of the $146.13 I paid. Now I am trying to get a partial refund or something to resolve this but Geek Squad CS said they can't do anything since it was a 3rd party they sent out. Lesson learned, don't trust BB or GS for New Waterline installs.

    The refrigerator was installed a couple of weeks ago but the water line still has not been installed hopefully Monday.

    The install was great. Didnt sxuff our walls ir floors, was professional and made syre everythif worjed vefore leaving. Havent had one problem

    The installers reported on time and were highly professional. I appreciate that the shippers were the same gentleman who returned for the water line installation.

    Buyers Beware of Geek Squad Service

    I was charged for installation services for major appliances and no one showed up on the scheduled appointment date. I immediately reported the NO SHOW to Best Buy and the said I would be refunded. I have made numerous calls and online inquiries and no one seems to know when or how I will receive a refund. The customer service reps have blamed corporate management for this issue and I have yet to receive my refund. I have been a regular customer at Best Buy and Geek Squad for the past 15 years plus and this is how they treat their customers... sadly disappointed.

    This delivery team was great! They even hooked up the water line which I wasn't expecting them to do on the same visit.

    Team was quick, efficient, and friendly. Let me know that water pressure was good, but tat water filling was slow.Appreciate that they documented that in their work summary.

    i have had some issues in the past with installation. But these guys were right on with their timeliness. They made sure everything was satisfactory before they left. I feel it was worth the expense to have them install

    The installation was quick and easy. The guys came around the time they were supposed to come to my house for the appointment. The installation didn't take that long. They even fixed my fridge not being leveled.

    They moved my old fridge and brought in the new fridge but i don't think the water line was replaced properly because water barely comes out of my fridge and takes forever to make ice.
