The refrigerator was installed a couple of weeks ago but the water line still has not been installed hopefully Monday.

Wonderful refrigerator with a great layout. Only thing missing is a butter compartment and egg holder bin. Super service on delivery and set up.

Installation was done very professionally. I have no problem getting water & ice from fridge.

This was a very simple operation and now we have a new water source for our new fridge. My wife loves the crushed ice feature and now I don't have to open the fridge for cold water.

Very Professional and smooth install. Crew was polite and professional at all times. Cleaned up all the plastic, boxes and took the old fridge. Very Satisfied!

We did not need this water line connection. It was a stainless steel braided line, so the quality was good. But we did not need it.

The guys that delivered our refrigerator did a great job. Were very careful when taking out the old fridge and bring in the new one. Went over all the features with us.

The pepole that installed my waterline was very helpful and should me exactly how to use my ice maker they was very nice and I appreciate the help they gave me.

Was not happy. I paid for installation of water line and connection and the delivery guys said the do not do it. So now I have my nice new fridge with no ice or filtered water and still have to pay for water service from another company. When I went into store for refund they said it was because it was not one of their guys and some of their contracted people do not perform this service. I do not underdtand why they would send someone out who cannot perform services that are iffered and paid for.

This water line is working fine at this time. Good installer!

Donald did an excellent job installing the line for the ice maker.

The service provider provided good communication and showed up on time. Unfortunately, the installer required an extra $100 for this “new waterline, connected and ready to use” service because there was an existing waterline that “wasn’t up to code”. Perhaps upgrading an existing connection is more time consuming than installing a new waterline? Maybe it is, but… Disappointing as I joined Best Buy Total Tech in part to save on the installation fee.

Installation was highly professional, efficient, and safe. The guys installed our fridge/freezer when it was pouring rain. Good communication, fast, overall very good.

Great service for installation of the water line in my refrigerator! Came on the last minute of my allocated time but we’re polite and professional.

This refrigerator is more spacious. It is easy to clean. Overall, a very good buy! One thing I would have loved to have is another small drawer in the middle of the fridge.

The install team was on time, polite, and fast. This fridge doesn't have an ice maker like we thought so we didn't need the waterline.

Never got a waterline install and tried to get it taken off bill, 3x with no success!! First when it was delivered and hooked up to current line n plugged in. Then called only to get run around with 800 number. Then with installers. Which the 800 number guy could have prevented installers to come with stove to install waterline that was not needed. Then again called while stove was being hooked up to the store only be told I had to call later, saying it wasn’t closed out but installers showed me it was.

Came on time. Pleasant and made repairs properly and promptly. Fridge works great!
