Awful!! Was rescheduled 4 times because either the technician didn’t want to come until the fridge was installed, just didn’t show up, or showed up and said they couldnt do it. I wasted 4 Saturdays waiting around all day for nothing. I ended up making the new line myself. 1 hole in the wall and run the water line to an existing hookup was too hard for the “technician.” And never got a refund for the unprovided surface.

Does what it is supposed to do. The connections were easy to connect.

This the best choice we loving this fridge especially the ice and water dispenser i recommend this fridge

They canceled or did not show up for 5 appointments in a row. It took them a month to install the water line after delivering the refrigerator. Every time we called, nobody could tell me what was going on with their technicians. Also, when they delivered the fridge they told my 80 year old mother in law that they only install water lines up to 6 ft, when the contract clearly states 20ft. Extremely disappointing. I've been a long time best buy customer, but never again!

It was easy to place a request for service. The technicians that came out to fix my refrigerator were extremely nice and professional.

Everything got installed easily and had running water within 20 minutes of arrival.

The whole process was great, and Danny's Appliance - the local company Best Buy chose to do the installation - was professional and courteous through the entire process. I was very impressed!

At first, it seemed very complicated job to install a new water supply line to my refrigerator but they completed this job very quick and so far I had no problem with it.

Returned item back to the store. Had an waterline, that needed adjusting, paid Quality Kitchen for doing the adjustment.

I’d like to give ZERO stars. The service was never performed after being scheduled multiple times. I called and scheduled. Best Buy called and scheduled. I went into a Best Buy store and tried to get someone to help me but they just gave me a number to call. I’m not going to call. Every time I talk to someone on the phone, it gets scheduled and no one ever shows up. No calls or anything. Will someone please contact me to MAKE SURE someone installs this water line?
