    After a lot of headache with best buy systems scheduling my water line install, once it was installed it has been so nice and easy to use.

    Excellent refrigerator and installation by Best Buy technicians. Although we're had the unit for only a short time, we love it so far.

    The delivery men scratched our new very expensive front door. They did not have any protective padding on the refrigerator. I was very disappointed.

    I never received a new water line but was charged for one...They were here 5 min and connected my new fridge to my old water line...I deserve a refund
