BEST buy does NOT communicate with service providers, EVERYTHING they tell you in the store will be FALSE, all they had to say in the store was "oh they don't install water lines behind dishwashers" instead it was a 3 week ordeal that ended up running out the clock on my return period

We haven’t had any problems with our installation. The guys were very professional and no problems have arisen.

Ran water line through the middle of cabinet and out in front of cabinet. Should be behind the dishwasher.

The guys from best buy team came in n did the job in no time cleaned up their mess and were very professional couldn't b happier.

The plumber arrived and said he would not fix the waterline until the refrigerator was installed (the next day). The refrigerator delivers showed up and said we will not deliver the refrigerator until the new waterline is in. We canceled the order!

Omg I’m in love even more with Best Buy. They put in a water line where our previous fridge never had one. It’s awesome feature to have without a huge price tag.

On week 3 of trying to get it installed. Week1: technician came and said he couldn’t install; something about not knowing where the water shut off was at and then left. Week 2: appointment made. Received confirmation from Best Buy, but technician never came and never called. Best Buy could not give me an answer as to why he didn’t show. Week 3: I’ll find out tomorrow. Again scheduled for a 4 hour window confirmed by Best Buy.

I was very disappointed with the men who came to install our refrigerator. They just dropped it off in the kitchen and left. No instructions, no putting the bins in or telling me how to move them around. Very disappointing!

THis service never happened. The refrigerator was dropped off at my 90 year old parents home and I was told by the install crew that they "didn't bring straps" to be able to carry out the job. I rescheduled for the following Saturday, and that crew was also unable to complete the service. I ended up hiring a handy man to install this appliance, and wish I could get a refund for the install.

Installation window was 8 hours. I’m on my third appointment and still no installation. Two times no show. When I call l, I get no customer service just a new 8hour window appointment and told that I will only get 10 mins notice before tech arrives. I asked for a supervisor to call, I was told a call would be scheduled. I never got a call. I already prepaid for a service to get no service.

I loved that they connected it for me I couldn’t find some one to connect it with purchase and Best Buy did it all

Sometimes it’s just best to get all the service by profesionales.. they get the job done the way it must get done.

Such a horrible experience with the appointment set up. The appointment was schedule through a third party Toms Toolbox, Kathy there csr is rude and has zero customer service skills. They call you once and don’t bother to call the day of appointment. Missed our appointment the first time. My reschedule date was 10 days later. Day of the appointment I was called by the installers as they were installing my fridge.

The guy who came by was nice and very knowledgeable. The water line hasn’t been used in years but the guy was able to get everything up and running again.

We are very satisfied with the refrigerator and the service men that installed it and the water supply.

A great install crew that were very conscious of doing things properly. Would be glad to have them do any other installs.

We needed this to get the appliances in working order. The installers were very nice clean and good .
