Don't waste your time and money

The service guy called me 2 times and said they don't do this kind of work at all and I need to call a plumber. Best But charged me $135 anyways for this work that was never completed. Still waiting for a refund after over a month.

8 hour service window poor customer service

I’m on my third appointment and still no installation. Two times no show. When I call l, I get no customer service just a new 8hour window appointment and told that I will only get 10 mins notice before tech arrives. I asked for a supervisor to call, I was told a call would be scheduled. I never got a call. I already prepaid for a service to get no service.

Ran the line in front of cabinets

The refrigerator was dropped off at my 90 year old parents home and I was told by the install crew that they "didn't bring straps" to be able to carry out the job. I rescheduled for the following Saturday, and that crew was also unable to complete the service. I ended up hiring a handy man to install this appliance, and wish I could get a refund for the install.
