We are very satisfied with the refrigerator and the service men that installed it and the water supply.

Still not properly installed refrigerator started leaking water as soon as the tech properly installed the line my refrigerator leaking from the top he said he believes it’s defective

Such a horrible experience with the appointment set up. The appointment was schedule through a third party Toms Toolbox, Kathy there csr is rude and has zero customer service skills. They call you once and don’t bother to call the day of appointment. Missed our appointment the first time. My reschedule date was 10 days later. Day of the appointment I was called by the installers as they were installing my fridge.

I loved that they connected it for me I couldn’t find some one to connect it with purchase and Best Buy did it all

Paid extra for the water line. Installers came out to install and couldn't . Gentleman said I would not get billed for it. Thinking this was all taken care of, I look a month later and I got billed for it! I have called MULTIPLE times to get this correct and everyone I talk to says " We will call you back... blah blah blah and NEVER DO"! Im down to writing a review about this hoping this issue will finally get resolved.

Sometimes it’s just best to get all the service by profesionales.. they get the job done the way it must get done.

Service and installation of water line no one ever came but yet you have not refused me or sent anyone to put the water line in... I demand a refund or better yet for you to do the job you were payed for. Theft for not fullifiling Or perfessional installation I want the water line hoof up please ASAP emergency wanted long enough

This product is needed to install my new refrigerator. It has worked as aspected. No issues.

All went perfect with my installation! They moved the old to my garage and hooked the other up! I am loving it!!

Omg I’m in love even more with Best Buy. They put in a water line where our previous fridge never had one. It’s awesome feature to have without a huge price tag.

The gentlemen that did the work were very friendly and seemed like good guys. However, after the second appointment to get the water line installed for the water dispenser, they hooked it into the HOT water line :( And BestBuy doesn't seem to want to make it right after I've reached out to them multiple times to correct it. They are just too busy to deal with my nonsense and wanting ALL the features I paid for...

My refrigerator delivery was cancelled 3 times by Best Buy. I was told I would be compensated after delivery because of the inconvenience of waiting so long. I waited almost 2 months. Delivery person said I would probably get a gift card in the mail. I’m still waiting. Please send my compensation!!!!!!! I think it should be around $200.00 if you want my future business, you took my money immediately. I love the frig but customer service very poor

On week 3 of trying to get it installed. Week1: technician came and said he couldn’t install; something about not knowing where the water shut off was at and then left. Week 2: appointment made. Received confirmation from Best Buy, but technician never came and never called. Best Buy could not give me an answer as to why he didn’t show. Week 3: I’ll find out tomorrow. Again scheduled for a 4 hour window confirmed by Best Buy.

This item is supposed to be refunded to credit card used as this was not installed after all. There was miscommunication from store and she did not communicate correctly after i asked multiple times if this was the correct choice. I would like my credit card refunded for the amount of this and also some type of credit or gift card for this. This was very inconvenient and had to go another route. Thank you

Installation was relatively simple. All parts coordinated and the directions were easy to follow

Installers were great and professional. Explained everything and were respectful of our home!!
