Worth every penny. Have them install you waterline at the same time as the fridge. That way it’s covered under warranty.

Service was never completed because the refrigerator delivery process was a debacle. I have no idea why you have us type survey responses. No one got back to me on my prior review....which was a scathing overview of your overall ineptitude and horrendous customer service escalation process. I will not shop at Best Buy again until someone contacts me.

Absolutely horrible. In fact, shredded my Best Buy card, opening a BBB claim and contacting Fisher Paykel directly. Don’t sell something you don’t know how to install. That’s a pretty basic business concept

I've been trying for a month to get a leaking water line replaced. There has been 1 cancellation on the scheduled day of repair and 2 reschedules one prior and one on that day (which I agreed to because they didn't have the required items to repair the water line).

Professional, efficient, and perfect performance of the item installed

The replacement was, once approved, relatively easy but the deliverymen were rude, unaccommodating, in a hurry to leave and did not finish the installation correctly. Doors do not close unless pushed and the sensor monitoring the condensation in the door drips into rubber on freezer doo below. Kick plate not adjusted on bottom of refrigerator and looks lopsided. TERRIBLE installation.

Solid install work. Nothing broke and everything works like it should. Cleaned up and hauled away all the packaging. Friendly and knowledgeable

This was a waste of my time. The installers came to my home and within minutes I was told they wouldn’t be able to install my refrigerator where I wanted it without having to pay extra money and having my kitchen cabinets damaged. There was not even a authoritative offered. I ended up having to call another contractor to complete the install.

No issues with installing, guys did a good job snd cleaned up after themselves
