I never got the install. Ended up having it installed by another provider because the company that delivered it didn't unhook the old one or remove it. Canceled it but they still keep calling me to reschedule.

!st: he could not find us and was rude. 2ndWhen he showed up he did not have the tools proper for what needed to be done. 3rd he said he could not do it until we pulled the appliance out ourselves. 4th he said WE need to drill a hole between the cabinet to reach the refrigerator... This tech did NOTHING for us, we had to do it ALL ourselves and I still got charged

Delivered refrigerator and hooked up water line and explained it to me

Worst ever. They brought in refrigerator, didnt level , ran water line for icemaker to sink area , did not tap into water supply stated they were not given parts to hook up. Just told me after he drew diagram that i could go to hardware store to purchase what was needed. I ended up having to hire a plumber to come out and hook up. So very frustrated with delivery.

It was very important to have added onto the water line because of the beautiful refrigerator we have received.

They did a excellent job installing the water line. Thank you guys. Fast and efficient

Though paid for Advanced Installation Including New Ice Maker Water Source, THEY NEVER INSTALLED IT! I had to get my plumber to install it. I called several times and spoke to different people but they never followed up. No call, no refund, nothing! For me, this was GeekSquads darkest hour!

Installer arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They moved my old refrigerator to the basement and there were no issues.

Great install. Knowledgeable and great attitudes. Explained and answered all my questions. No issues so far.

Had an appointment for a waterline install, even received a confirmation call the day before. Come the day of the appointment, no one showed or even contacted me. I ended up reaching out to them, they had no idea why my appointment was changed to “pending reschedule”. They said they’d get back to me with some answers and guess what, they never did. They are poor communicators & not reliable.

Wish I could give it zero. Guys came and said they don’t install new waterlines, call a plumber. Confused called customer asking why I paid 125 extra. They apologized and scheduled a redo a month later. Guys never showed. Contacted a third time. Supposed to be here next week. Who actually knows. Don’t bother with this service.

The installation went well. It was quick and professional. Didn’t leave a mess.

At first I was told I couldn’t have the installation with my old pipes - but the worker was able to resolve the issue - very pleased with result!
