To many cooks in the Kitchen

There has been 1 cancellation on the scheduled day of repair and 2 reschedules one prior and one on that day (which I agreed to because they didn't have the required items to repair the water line).

Refund for service not performed please!

The waterline installation was not needed. We contacted them to let them know and they said no worries. As of this date, 3/23/22, we have talked to them on 3 different occasions, and still have not been issued our refund for the waterline install, over $100.00 every time I call I get a different story.

One actively complained about Best buy. The last one damaged the fridge door when bringing it inside.

So now I have a fridge that is supposed to dispense water and make ice and I PAID FOR THESE SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED and they just FORGOT. Oh, and now they tell me that they did it. Tell THAT to the empty ice bin. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Never ever again

Never again
