The install was so quick I missed him doing it. Quick and efficient.

Told one price, paid for it, and then they sold my install to a 3rd party that charged me another $130 to do what I already paid for. Only reason I had Best Buy install the water line for the Refridgerator I bought at Best Buy, was I thought all was going to be done one day buy Best Buy employees. 3rd party installer now at my house with my 18 year old daughter. I do not like this, and the double charge is crazy. Never using Best Buy for anything again.

Good delivery and installation work with terrible paperwork - 3 weeks after delivery BestBut system still shows delivery not completed and re-scheduling an appointment is needed. Consequently, no reward points (about $90 worth) are credited to my account. I called customer services multiple times and no one can correct it.

The description clearly states "Includes 20 feet of supply line and shut-off valve to nearest and accessible cold water supply". I wanted a new water line put in, like I paid for. Installer refused and said I needed to get a plumber to do. Hard pass. They didn't even refund me...now I have to waste time calling to get my money back. Avoid purchasing appliances at best buy if possible.

Installation was quick and easy. Installers were knowledgeable and created a new waterline path to line up with the refrigerator.

2 different people have come to my house and both said they couldn't get the water line to my new fridge because of where it is in the kitchen??? Either way, I have waited on hold for longer 20 minutes today and can't get anyone on the phone to issue a refund for work that was never done. Please fix the money or get someone to put the water line

Unable to assess. Team came out, and determined what needed to be done was outside the scope of the Geek Squad. They referred me to seek the services of an outside plumber. The charge for the service was later refunded, but I was still left without water for my ice maker. This issue had been dragging on for a few months now, with several calls, never answers, and no outcome. Very disappointed.

Third party installers were very professional and courteous.

Very unhappy with the installation of this. The installer said that we didn’t pay to have him actually run the line from the water pipe to the refrigerator and told us he could do it but it would cost us more. We had no choice but to pay him extra to do this because we had to get it done right away! I would give this a zero star but I had to click in a star!
