This entire experience sucked. The installer demanded $250 in CASH. When I finally got through to someone at Best Buy willing to listen to me, the installer ran away! While the installer was at my house they changed the reason for the extra cash 2-3 times depending on whom they were speaking to. I will think twice before making another service from you!

The description clearly states "Includes 20 feet of supply line and shut-off valve to nearest and accessible cold water supply". I wanted a new water line put in, like I paid for. Installer refused and said I needed to get a plumber to do. Hard pass. They didn't even refund me...now I have to waste time calling to get my money back. Avoid purchasing appliances at best buy if possible.

This is exactly what we needed to install our refrigerator!

When the installers showed up they said they couldn’t to the install. They didn’t have any materials to install a new waterline. They also stated that they didn’t know why they offer a new waterline install when they can’t actually do them.

The installers, for probably 45 minute job, at most, took over 2 hours, On top of this, they didn't know how to reverse the door handle, used you tube and called someone. Then, they let the door fall and scratched my dishwasher! They didn't replace the waterline with a new one.

Very unhappy with the installation of this. The installer said that we didn’t pay to have him actually run the line from the water pipe to the refrigerator and told us he could do it but it would cost us more. We had no choice but to pay him extra to do this because we had to get it done right away! I would give this a zero star but I had to click in a star!

They couldn’t fix because the house remodeled but they were nice they returned a refund

Excellent French Door refrigerator with many options.

Unable to assess. Team came out, and determined what needed to be done was outside the scope of the Geek Squad. They referred me to seek the services of an outside plumber. The charge for the service was later refunded, but I was still left without water for my ice maker. This issue had been dragging on for a few months now, with several calls, never answers, and no outcome. Very disappointed.
