Set appt and then they told me I'd have to hire someone to do it! Why the heck did y'all set the appt if you didn't do filters! Totally ticked off

THEY NEVER INSTALLES THE WATER LINE FOR THE ICE MACHINE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN THE NEXT DAY AND NEVER DID. CALLED Best Buy. THEY RESCHEDUELD IT FOR THIS WEDNESDAY AND ITS THURSDAY AND STILL NO WATER LINE HAS BEEN CONNECTED NOR HAS ANYPNE REACHED TO ME.
