    NOT SUER WHY IT SAYS SERVICE COMPLETED. THEY NEVER INSTALLES THE WATER LINE FOR THE ICE MACHINE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN THE NEXT DAY AND NEVER DID. CALLED Best Buy. THEY RESCHEDUELD IT FOR THIS WEDNESDAY AND ITS THURSDAY AND STILL NO WATER LINE HAS BEEN CONNECTED NOR HAS ANYPNE REACHED TO ME.

    The delivery was horrible, I had to pay in cash for the water pipe and they did not put it right. The water was coming out from the bottom. Then I called geek squad and told me that they could not do anything since it is an outside contractor who installed the refrigerator. Horrible horrible horrible. Now the ice maker keeps getting stuck

    I would like to give zero ,installation was late for 4 hour and not installed new water line ,installation team said ,there are just hook up not to install any thing .Therefore sell person indicate package I buy will in cloud new Walter pip line install.
