Horrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible installation, they installer broke the valve for the water source behind our refrigerator. Didn't bleed the line before hooking it up to the refrigerator and now my brand new $2,000 refrigerator can't make ice or dispense water. The installer is now saying that we have to hire a plumber to get that to work.

Still waiting on my refund

I have no water or ice. A week later service validates a broken part. I was looking forward to use water and ice. Why has someone not followed up to on the replacement of this unit? I like practicing patience. This is the only review I have ever made.

Poor arrival service leads to more cost

Just bought a water pipe and the corresponding labor. The customer service department has not yet given us any explanation regarding this error. You can consider whether you need this service.
