Water supply line for new Samsung Refrigerator

Said he didn't go under the floor. Therefore, the new service was not installed. Was suppose to receive a credit on my account put never got that either. Called the store (Christiansburg, Va.) kept getting the run away, no one could seem to help me ???? Just gave up

Terrible Customer Service

Long hold times when there is a problem. Sales people are not really trained on processes. A total disconnect between sales-delivery-services. Mgt and supervisors have no problem solving skills. F-
