Install fail

I explained I had a crawlspace from the beginning and he rigged a line over my heater. So now it is melting the line from the inside out and I cannot use my water line or ice.

Total sham of a service - do not buy this - you will spend more time on the phone with no result than actually drinking water from your fridge -- which is 0
