They came and did everything within the hour! Very fast and works great!

Service is garbage, the third party installer came and said she isn’t allowed to drill holes on the drywall! The idea was to hook up a water line from the washer water line trough the pantry wall, to the fridge. A whole 4 feet! The installer said he’s not allow to cut though drywall. What the service fee pay for?

I pay to install NEW WATER LINE, BUT THEY ONLY CONECT HOSES AND POWER CORD ON THE POWER OUTLET... according TECHNICIAN THIS JOB I NEED PAY A PLUMBER TO DO. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

They weren’t able to connect the water line properly and couldn’t even tested. Great sales pitch sale vs what you actually get.

1+ Month and they can't find a single licensed plumber in all of the Western Hemisphere! Total sham of a service - do not buy this - you will spend more time on the phone with no result than actually drinking water from your fridge -- which is 0

My waterline and ice line is still not installed correctly. I explained I had a crawlspace from the beginning and he rigged a line over my heater. So now it is melting the line from the inside out and I cannot use my water line or ice.

I was told we needed to call a plumber by the delivery people's dispatcher. Best Buy gave us our money back after we went back to the store and had them call these people. I called a plumber and had the line installed a week later costing us $10 less. So it was a win for us. So unless Best Buy changes their delivery people I would not have them do this work.

These people are also friendly! Any questions you have they can answer for you!

I paid separately for the installation, of the water line, there was disinterest on the part of the technicians to help with the installation, which they did not do, and they did not refund my money

The guy who installed my appliances was with a local outfit and did an excellent job.

they never did this despite it being ordered. The guys came and told me it was not needed. now I have a leaky water line.
