Showed up on time and no problems with installation.

The refrigerator is plugged in and the line is attached, but not connected and ready to use. Although I paid for and ordered the recommended the parts for "connected & ready to use when we're done) the ice maker is NOT ready to use.

I told the salesman i live in a colonial with no basement--on a slab & he still tried to sell me a waterline. The guys came out & got mad that he had done that & the job was cancelled and money refunded. I dont have any issue with the installers...it was just something that should not have happened the way it did. Anyways, everything was resolved.

I was told they could add a water line at time of delivery. Lie. Then I was told they would send a 3rd party out. Also a lie. I will buy my appliances elsewhere moving forward.

This kit was used for my installation and it worked well.

Techs had to come back three times before it was installed. And even now the water barely trickles out. It is so slow to fill up once glass of water.

Install team were clean courteous efficient. Best I’ve experienced

I had them remove my old appliances and put them in my uhaul truck. Good attitude.

cannot review this item as it has not happened yet. i am supposed to get a call about it, but the calendar indicates that they are booked until december.

Thought this purchase was unnecessary but realized it was needed.

When they came yo hook the refrigerator up they actually cut through my water line so water started spraying everywhere. They offered me a refund back of the installation fee but have yet to see it and this happened 5/17/22

The guy sent didn't have proper tools or equipment, He could barely walk down the stairs to the waterline he needed to tap into, he tried to double the price as well. I hired a local plumber for $100 less than the price he said he would charge.

No one ever showed up. Called customer service and ended up having to pick up from the store. 2 trailers and a uhaul later we were finally able to get it into the van. Really disappointed with this service, really stressful and frustrating during a move.

It took over 2 months to connect it. At the first time nobody showed up and nobody notified me. The warranty started when unit was delivered but was not connected due to Best Buy. I’ve never experienced something like this.

Installation of refrigerator with water dispenser went flawlessly.

When the fridge was delivered, I was informed that the techs do NOT install water line in a basement (I have a 1/4 finished, stand up basement with stair access.

Absolutely horrible! Team did not want to do anything. Complained from the minute they walked into my house. Did not have to do much, but didn't show up once, and when they did, complained the entire time. And it was an easy installation.

Best Buy has the coolest guys to install water lines, they did a great job.

Driver made a feeble attempt to unhook water line when he could not do it left the new unit it in family room This was a rental unit and I was not notified of the problem A handy man who works in the complex un hooked the line Without any problems
