The water line install was a big headache. The install guys didn’t seem to want to install the water line and calling Beat Buy to get it sorted out was a complete headache. Just get a plumber or handyman to install your water line.

Waterline broke 2 weeks after instillation. I called to have someone come and look at the problems with the instillation by Best Buy’s team. Not only did no one show up for the “appointment,” but I am still without a working ice maker.

We purchased "new" line installation for a new fridge. When they arrived with the fridge the team informed us they do not do "new" line installation. We had to go back to store, get a refund and find a way to get the line installed.

First delivery the guys let the door slam , so waited for new refrigerator. The second install was followed by a water leak eitner due to the install or product.

XPO, the contracted third party, literally walked in and said they would not install the waterline because they would have to go under the house and left. The Best Buy representatives were just as confused when I asked for a refund, but the Best Buy team was fantastic and gave me a full refund for the service.

Pretty pathetic. They came and hooked up the water line. No big deal. I could’ve done that. They did not remove any of the packing material, test the function of any features , and seemed put off that they had a work order.

Very unhappy. They were extremely inexperienced. Refused to drill home directly below to the basement.
