    Delivery was a horrible job and got a refund for this service because the contracted company does not provide service as advertised

    Work was marked completed but never done. Bestbuy was no help had to call the outsourced contractor myself and settle it with him.

    This service was NOT completed on May 9. I rescheduled for May 27 - no one showed or even called. Won't order from Best Buy again.

    Installation never happened. I was billed but the installer lied and logged the installation as complete.

    I have been waiting 10 days, but there’s no one coming and I decided no more need for this service . Please refund the amount I paid in advance.

    Water had a bad taste I called LG they said they do not recommend stainless water lines I changed over to pvc now I have good tasting water

    I paid for this service; It was not installed or I guess necessary because the only part that was installed was the waterline. A waste of $134 money.

    Work was rushed and not done with much care. Later discovered the fridge doors were installed crooked. Pay close attention during installation !!

    No water line ever showed up and no installation was ever completed. I am still waiting to hear from Best Buy!

    best buy outsource the installation, but the contractor are not very professional. I do not want them back at any cost! Terrible.

    Endless problems

    On the first delivery and installation, left door was lower than the right. The left door sagged which prevented me from opening the drawer below it. Its all because of screw that was missed. Arrangement was done to have an exchange after best buy employees saw the pictures that I took and showed them. Delivery day came but nothing arrived. Home delivery staff claimed that they came but nobody was around. Door bell is so loud if it was only pressed but I stick to my word that nobody came because there were 3 adults in the house and nobody is deaf. No loud music, it was quiet. Appointment time was 8am to 12 pm. It happened again for the second time, it was already soooo frustrating. The third time, nobody was in the house already since I thought they were not coming anymore. The appointment time was 8am to 12pm but they showed up around 2pm. The good thing is somebody from customer service called me on my mobile phone so I went back home. Since the problem of the french door refrigerator was only the left door, I agreed to have the problem fixed instead of complete switch to another refrigerator. They changed the left door but with no water filter installed. The water filter I had with the previous door was taken away. I called customer service again to get just one refrigerator water filter but they could not send me one. I had to buy it from best buy for reimbursement. I checked best buy in the store and online but it is back ordered. So much stress I had with this refrigerator. It affected my working hours waiting for the delivery. Now its the water filter. Problems are endless. If you will ask me if I will recommend them to friends, you be the judge.

    It is not the service that I expected. BestBuy provide very poor service for installation, hauling old appliance
