Really like this service when printing lots of papers..nice to get the ink in the mail and never run out!!

In regards to the HP Instant Ink, I was quite pleased with the printing results. No smudges or smears with the ink with both the black and white as well as the color ink. There is an adequate supply in each cartridge. As for the color ink, the colors were spot on and beautiful. Excellent quality and value for the price.

I've purchased the same product several times but the last time the ink cartridge was not full, I was only able to print 15 pages. I need this corrected ASAP.

Our default printers have been HP’s. In fact when we have chosen other printers we have always been disappointed so we now stick to purchasing only HP printers. Many choices to choose from.

HP ink has always been my trusted go to! Wouldn't buy any other printer or ink. Its easy to use and HP has quality ease of use.

HP is a product that I perfer, been using it for a few years

Bought this printer mainly for its compact size and key features: multiple connectivity options, duplex printing, higher-resolution scanning up to 1200dpi | according to Amazons Rufus [The HP ENVY Inspire 7955e printer offers a high optical scan resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi] apparently extremely untrue. It is 300dpi max. | and a smaller footprint than my old desktop printer—though still not something you’d toss in the backseat easily. At that, with its flimsy construction it would fall apart easily. I saw some reviews complaining about tricky setup, but mine went well, except the paper tray didn’t detect the paper at first. Took a few rounds of opening, closing, removing and replacing paper and even blasting it with some canned air before it finally worked. Docking HP a few points for that as well. Otherwise, it works as advertised. Skipping the Instant Ink program was easy enough for me, but HP’s proprietary ink policy is a huge letdown. Their printers won’t work with non-HP cartridges, which feels like they care more about locking you into overpriced ink than making great printers. Kodak used to do it better, with fantastic printers - great print a scan features and affordable, non-restrictive cartridges—too bad they didn’t stick around. I am docking this printer for its instant ink scam (unless you are a high volume user), and costly proprietary ink cartridges. A baffling shame for an otherwise good reputation company. It seems a policy that should be illegal, but then again. … Don’t purchase their printers. Nothing is perfect or flawless, however HP easily misses the mark on key must have features and functionality. Seriously Rethinking my HP bias and loyalty.

I had a contract with HP when I purchased my printer from Best Buy for ink. It was more expensive so I canceled it when I realized I was getting ripped off from HP. Best Buy has the same ink for a cheaper price! Score..

Beautiful product - love it so much will always buy

I have tried cheaper ink cartridges and always come back to HP for the quality that gives me the nice appearance on on all my printed projects and my kids school projects too. It’s well worth the price. This time I received a $10.00 rebate for my HP cartridges!!
