The cost of the ink is great. But the ink runs out too quickly.

This is a purchase I don't remember making when I last purchased ink.

I frequently have to replace these when they arent even empty they start printing weird. The printer will say everything is fine, that they're installed fine the alignment is fine the cartidges just have a lot of issues.

I hate printer ink, it's rediculoysly overpriced and engineered to be a poor user experience that takes advantage of the world using paper copies.

Cartridges are a bit pricey for the length of time they last.

We had this for two years. If you print a ton of photos this might be worth it. The app is cluttered and the customer support is almost nonexistent. I was mailed faulty color ink and couldn’t get another cartridge. After canceling I got a new cartridge from Best Buy and it’s perfect. I would much prefer having a physical store to return faulty ink. Even after having it for over two years when I canceled the ink left in the printer was made unusable. It’s a good ideas but the value is awful for $5 a month you have to print a lot of color to get your moneys worth.

Seems like a good way to sell you more ink cartridges than you need. Might make sense for a business that prints a lot, doesn't make sense for home for us. Recommended if you need it I guess.

This ink cartridge was difficult to set in my printer AND I didn't have many options to pick from because it's always low in stock and NOT in stock at the Best Buy store closest to me, I had to drive 100 miles to obtain said cartridge.

Product quality was not very good and I opted for a MacAir book

I had this auto ink program for a while and found I did not print enough pages to make it worthwhile. I cancelled the program but was charged another month anyway. When I complained, there was no resolution offered.

Never buy this subscription, even if they give it to you. It’s basically a scam, they ask you to pay for the subscription and then limit the amount of prints you can do a month. It’s horrible, just skip this
