I tried everything, I mean everything to get the “plastic” flavor out, I wiped it down, cleaned it, soaked the basket tray, you name it. I cooked chicken, steak, grilled cheese, and pizza rolls in it and all of them had an awful plastic taste that I couldn’t get rid of. Sadly I returned it and am looking for a different air fryer.
