Did not meet my expectations

However, after checking this particular air fryer out when I got it home, it just didn’t live up to my expectations. I didn’t like the little teeny handle on the crisper plate, for one thing. The Crisper plate was definitely too hard to get in and out of the air fryer. So I returned it and purchased a different, more expensive brand of air fryer.

Air Fryer Malfunctioned after 1x use

It wont turn on, no breaks on the power cord and nothing was done with it to cause it to malfunction. Have been trying to contact Best Buy to address but that is proving a major challenge. Will keep trying to get this replaced or refunded, but we are unhappy campers since we really wanted to cook more with it. Based on the 1x use, the air fryer was amazing, crispy and tasty chicken wings - I just wish it would turn on again so we can really make use of it.
