It takes too much time to heat up plus the time it need to cook the food.

Worked for 2 cooks and then never came on again. Returned and bought a ninja dual zone air fryer. I have an instant pot pressure cooker I love, this thing sadly was not up to par but when it did cook it was great. Likely a good unit and I just had the unlucky faulty unit.

Plugged in appliance and started cooking chicken. After 20 minutes the chicken was white but not cooked. Went onto YouTube to see what the issue might be and found that the fan was not working so the unit was useless. Returning to Best Buy.

Bought the airfryer as a Christmas present but because of the pandemic I wasn’t able to give it to my sister until Valentines. The fryer only worked once and after that it died. I cannot return it because it is more than 45 days.

I already had an air fryer but saw this one on an amazing black friday deal. I have an instapot I really like so I thought why not. I am SO glad I did! This is the best air fryer I've owned (I've had about 4). It's large enough to fit a substantial amount of food and cooks things extremely quickly. Settings are simple and it cleans easily. The one thing I thought I would miss was having a basket but I think the vortex's design will allow it to be longer lasting than the basket type and I haven't had any issues yet. If this goes on sale again I will be buying another!

This was a purchase that someone else made that lives in NJ. I don't know how, but my name got linked to this order and I even received tracking information and the address of who this was actually sent to.

I bought this for my new apartment and just finally moved in and used it to find out the handle is broken and its too late to return it! Sooo not happy about it atalllllllll

I had been extremely against air fryers simply because I thought it was way overhyped and because it's simply a conventional oven just with digital display... however, wow was I wrong. When my fiance and I received one as a gift we were amazed with the capability and quickness this heats up and makes things crisp. Between all the receipes you can find out there for any food and the convenience I've been using it ever since. Cleaning this out is also a piece of cake. Most user friendly machine I've used.

We keep finding new uses for this. AWESOME fries...of course, but so much more. My husband loves it as much as I do. We bought a cheap one years ago and were never satisfied with it, but this guy is worth the money and the space.

Good price, good product and fast delivery. This air fryer does not have all the fancy feathers. But it meets all our needs well. It is simple to use and easy to clean. We are using it on the daily basis.

I've had this for a whole year so far and I still love it. We cook vegetables, frozen chicken tenders, frozen french fries/tater tots etc, we reheat leftovers. Its super user friendly and also easy to clean. I don't have a single complaint.

This was a Christmas gift for my amazing chef hubby!! He loved it so much. Made french fries for an app that day and roasted our Christmas duck in it that night! Everything turned oug amazingly. Easy to use, lightwright, durable and a huge basket perfect for bigger meals. So happy with this product!!

did a whole chicken ..YUM, browns perfectly, does tater tots to perfection.
