Perfect pressure cooker

I use it several times a week to make bone broth or soup. I have used the sauté option which surprisingly boils so keep an eye on It. Overall satisfied and purchased it for a discounted price..

Slow Cooker Function is Non-Functional

It also takes a bit of time and effort to get used to/learn how to use. Ultimately, now that the two of us are fully acquainted, my main critique is that the preheat can take a while which is not factored into the recipe, and the Slow Cooker function did not work at all. For about 4-5 hours it stayed on the PreHeat function. I had to shift to Pressure Cook and later found out online that people recommend you still have an individual slow cooker in addition to this instant Pot, which is rather irksome because there IS the promise of the slow cooker function.

Silver color is a nice change

The silver color of the Instant Pot is a nice change. The pot itself is extremely easy to clean, especially after cooking rice.
