I use it several times a week to make bone broth or soup. I have used the sauté option which surprisingly boils so keep an eye on It. Overall satisfied and purchased it for a discounted price..

I bought it to make bone broth because I have a medical condition where it has to be cooked very quickly and the instant pot was great for that and then my whole family just fell in love with the thing. I would cook everything in it
