Fantastic instant pot

We love it and design improvements are very good and thoughtful as well. Delivery was disappointing, the item was lost and delivered late. Received another item from best buy which is yet to be picked up by them for returns. No way to contact them by phone, chat is tedious and they just don't understand what the problem is and how to resolve.
