It never goes from preheating to cooking mode
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everybody say this is an awesome product and it might be but I got one that it gets stuck in the preheating mode, it never goes to the cooking mode, I first thought that the ring was not correctly installed, then I replaced with the orange one, I did several test but it never went to cooking mode, so I will return it later.
