Received a used instapot. It was gross and sticky. Customer service was rude, tried to get us to drop it off at ups or best buy when we had it delivered as i live in a town of 1200. Closest best buy over an hour away. Ruined the new years meal i was planning.

This Instapot pressure cooker user is impressed by the addition of the air fryer cover. It works just like my previous models, simple, convenient, quick enough. Adding the air fryer lid lets me brown the and less soggy-fy the pressure cooked food. But I’m still keeping my other air fryer. This instapot unit doesn’t stay out on my limited counter space so it cannot replace other appliances for me, but it does crisp up some food after initial cooking. Maybe someday. Only complaint so far is the really large air fry lid that needs to be stored. One impressive addition is the lid “base” that can avoid the awkward “where do I put the lid when I want to just eat”.

I got this for my wife as she decided she wanted something bigger than the 6 qt. Cuisinart Pressure Cooker we had. Partially, she liked the idea that it had an Air Fryer and does slow cooking and that she can do Sioux Vide in it... It basically does everything but clean itself. We got it right before Thanksgiving and she decided to cook two 3 pound turkey roasts in it. They took 20 minutes once the Instant Pot came up to pressure (which wasn't too long). She then took them out and air fried each one, which she had to do one at time as the air fryer insert makes the cook space a little bit smaller. This took all of 10 minutes for each one. They came out really well; very juicy with a nice crisp to the skin. She's used it for a handful of other things (pork roasts, chicken, stew, rice). and has been very pleased with it. The only downside is that it needs a minimum amount of two cups of liquid to use for pressure cooking (due to the 8qt. capacity). The food has all come out wonderfully though. We bought two instant pot brand add-ons for this, a glass and a silicone lid (for slow cooking and refrigerating). It would have been nice if they were included with the rest of it. We've enjoyed having this and it gets used frequently. I kind of wish we had bought one of these sooner just for the air fryer if nothing else.

Bought for my daughter who is in college and don't usually have the time to cook. Got the 8qt because of the air fryer function. She loves it as cooking is now simple and hassle free. From delicious air fryed wings and fries to soups, stews and meats. All perfectly cooked and tasty. Clean up is easy and the size is good when entertaining friends and family. Intial set up was simple just follow instructions. Takes up some counter space but it does replace need for other cookware. We are very happy with this product and she's excited try more foods and explore the other cooking features.

Recently purchased the Instant Pot - Duo Crisp 8qt Digital Multi Cooker with Air Fryer. I was looking for an appliance that could help us downsize to 1 countertop appliance since I'm moving to a place soon with a smaller kitchen and less space. Not only did this Instant Pot do that, it is an awesome pressure cooker, slow cooker, and a wonderful, healthy air fryer. I haven't eaten fried food much for years because deep frying is not healthy. However I dislike the 'bake' in the oven for french fries and like food that just isn't right unless it's fried. I found my unicorn! The air fryer feature is simply amazing!!!! My husband and I now air fry something every day, it's that good -- with no added oils or sprays! We are trying air fried chicken this weekend. It's so easy to use all the features of this appliance. It is literally the best appliance to come into our kitchen since the microwave -- and with the Instant Pot, we hardly use the microwave any more! Did cinnamon toast with the air fryer feature this morning, delish! Going to buy 3 more of these gems for family holiday gifts.

I have been using my Instant Pot Duo Crisp at least 5 days a week since the day I bought it 9/14/2020. I literally use the air fryer, pressure cooker, slow cooker, bake/broil and steam! The only negative comment I have is that the air fryer lid is a pain to clean if not kept up with… By all means I absolutely love this thing. It heats up and cooks fast so I am done with dinner a lot sooner than I would be waiting on an oven to pre heat.

I love the air fryer and dehydrator. I made beef jerky, with the dehydrator and fried chicken with the air fryer feature. My family loved them both. I also make instant pot spaghetti which always come out delicious. I love that I move up from a 6 qt to an 8 qt pot. There is nothing I don't love about this instant pot.

Great product and very simple to assemble and use! Air fryer is efficient and no lingering smell. The online recipes and information from Instant Pot is very helpful!

As soon as i saw this on the shelf i immediately told my wife we were buying it. She wanted a stainless steel instapot and she stopped using our airfryer because of the coating coming off. And saw this and it was like meant to be, a large instapo and airfryer combo?? Yes please!!! If you see one and you want one, get it.

This cooker replaces many items in the kitchen. I so wanted this product but it’s very large and was too big for my tiny house. The air fryer was why I purchased it to replace many different tools in my kitchen as my house is so tiny but the air fryer lid was separate and very large. I had no place to store it. So I returned it. If my home should I say kitchen was larger and I had more storage space I would definitely have wanted to keep it. But I have no storage in my kitchen is tiny so I had to return it unfortunately.

This has turned out to be the best thing I invested in during 2020. We use the air fryer at least twice a week for all kinds of dinners/snacks. First day I opened it I cooked a leg of lamb till it was falling apart! I absolutely love pot roast in the pressure cooker as well. Chicken stock takes one hour now instead of all day! Steaming vegetables for baby food is easy and quick. So many other uses and options, best multi tasker around.

We have used this product so far as an instapot for ribs and a roast. Turned out amazing and much faster than other methods. Made chicken parmesean in the air fryer and came out great!!! Very easy to use. Was very intimidated after reading the instructions that came with it. Finding great recipes by just using Google search. My husband did download the app and found some good recipes as well

It's a great pressure cooker and air fryer combo. The one I bought was actually too big I meant to get the smaller one so I don't use it as much as I would like because I purchased the wrong one other than that it works really great

Love the size of this Instant Pot. I started with a three quart, but I live alone and don’t mind leftovers, so it’s easier to make food for the week in one sitting. This is one of the best appliances I’ve ever bought. I make chicken soup that tastes better than Chick-fil-a’s and Spaghetti that’s better than my mommas. Love this appliance and how much it saved me eating out. I don’t use the air fryer that much, but it is solid for what it is. The pot itself more than compensates my needs for this.

It does so many things with ease. It's even easier to clean up after using than my basic pressure cooker! The air fryer makes amazing potato chips and fries as well. I might be getting a couple of more of these for full meal prep.

This is the best instapot and air fryer I have ever owned. It has unlimited options to cook various meals. Only thing is after so long the pot starts to stick.
