Cooking in summer can be rather hot in Arizona. This cuts down on the heat coming from the stove top and oven. I have been able to make all types of meals and it cuts down on time greatly. At first I thought, it will be another big bulky item in my kitchen. That's far from the truth and I am so happy with the purchase. The machine works well "touch wood" and have convinced a friend to buy one too.
