You can make a lot of one pot meals in it but I always end up needing another dish. Also, after each use it is difficult to get the ring seal back in the correct place to ensure proper pressure cooking.

Top Quality

Only problem was that my wife can not and does not cook enough meals to justify so we returned it. But I must tell you, what we did try was superb with this top-quality Instant Pot. BB, of course, always great with returns. My son-in-law, great cook (it is his hobby) LOVES this pot and makes great meals with it.

As this is my first electric pressure, I was stunned to see that I could (I did) cook rice in 5 minutes, grill chicken leg pieces in 15 minutes. And it also comes with many other features not included in the manual but can be easily found on the internet, like making curd ( which was a stand-alone button on old models, I heard).
