Broken Instant Pot

It never pressurized. I boxed it back up and brought it back. I swapped it out for the same one. This one works but I had no instruction booklet with this pot. The 1st pot came with 2 instruction booklets and also a pictured chart . I backed them back in the box I brought back. If I knew that the new pot was missing the booklets and chart I would have kept them. I feel like Best Buy can be a bit ‘shady’. I’ve had problems in the past with their laptops. One was sold as new but when opened had already been set up by someone else and another time a new laptop was missing pixels in the middle of the screen. They wanted a re-shelfing fee both times which of course we refused. You just need to be careful. This time the gentleman helping up was really very nice but I wish I had the booklets.

Don't expect super crispy unless you only put 6 french fries in at a time. The instant pot portion is a good size instant pot - just make sure you know what features are missing if you're picky or need auto-select options.

Could be improved with some changes

Has a Bake & Broil setting but no recipes to support the function. Baking homemade deserts aren’t easy in pressure cooker setting. Need a Lid that will support the Bake /Broil Pressure Cooker, Sauté, Slow Cooker and Air Fry functions work great. Should have another Trivet with longer legs on it, the one included can sit to low for some items.

Too big for single user

Still learning how to use it. No cook guide included, disappointing since I could have bought in line that included basic cook book. Don’t get unless you have family.
