Sent same defective item again which I returned

Today I received the exchanged item after one return and I am shocked to see that, they sent same product again. I mean same item with same issue which I have gave to them. Conveniently stopped working after just 1 year

We used it less than 20 times and have no idea why it stopped working. If I knew this was going to stop working so soon I would've just bought the cheapest air fryer available instead of this big/expensive model.

Smells like plastic and air fryer burns

There is a terrible plastic smell during each use and the air fryer just burns everything and overall doesn’t seem as powerful as our old one. We’re returning it.

Air fryer feature is impractical

It does not work for making fries and consumes too much electricity and need too much time for air frying . This makes it very impractical . Returned our immediately . Do not buy this product for Air frying . Though will be disappointed

Poor experience

The pressure cooker settings did not work from the beginning. Purchased geek squad protection and cannot get a hold of anyone other than their chatbot. Said my wait time for a person was 6 minutes and stayed there for 20. Won’t purchase this product again and will not waste on Geek Squad protection again.

The difference for me is I already have several Ninja products, so I just wanted something from a company I know. I'm sure it's a wonderful product, but I just wanted to stay with Ninja products.

Completely damaged during delivery
