My wife loves this thing. It is her go to device for rice and steal cut oats.

Did not see need for instant pot but after using it, now see can not live without it. Make it quick to cook but more importantly, do not have to keep eye on it like other cooking methods to prevent overflow and overcooking. Only downside is the tight crevices at the top of the frame that are part of the holding the cover down do get liquids in them and are very hard to clean. Also the pot itself is hard to clean. Even purchased an after market not stick pot but it is also having food stick although not as bad but still a chore to clean.

This is the 2nd Instant Pot I've purchased and use them both (the other was the prior model). It works awesome and use it every day. The only minor flaw is the button labels tend to wear off after several months of use.

I'm amazed at how great this instant pot cooks. It is so quiet while cooking you want to keep checking to make sure it's on. I wish it would have come with a recipe book, but there are recipes on the internet. You just have to search for what you want. I always used the on the burner pressure cooker or crock pot so this is a big change. I would recommend this Instant pot.

I have a multi-pot cooker (a different brand) and have enthused to my sister so much about all its functions and how useful it is that she wanted one. Well, her birthday is in December and Best Buy had a selection of Instant Pot cookers on sale for the holidays. My sister loves her 6-qt Instant Pot. She likes that she can make baby back ribs in less time than before. And the price was more than all right! I love a sale!

Instapot duo nova this is very well made works well if you can figure out all the functions and you have to do something different for each function but it works good when you get it figured out
