I received an used one with grease

There are scratches and burned marks inside of the inner pot from the previous uses and also burned marks on the heating pad. Grease and dried up liquid marks on the edge of the pot. I was so disappointed since I ordered a new one, pay as new price but received an used one with obvious deficiencies.

For reference—I’m a decent cook. I just wasn’t very impressed by the things I’ve made with this gadget. I got it on sale and still have some recipes to try, so I haven’t given up. Hard to say if I’d recommend.
