Bought it for a gift. A They seem to like it a lot.

My wife started instapotting with the Insignia insta pot. The unit fell out of the car and broke so I thought I would buy her this unit on sale. SHE HATES IT! it shuts off for no reason, says "burnt food" as you start it half the time and not anywhere as intuitive for use. The pros would be it is sturdy with a heavier stainless outside and stainless pot inside. I am buying her the insignia pot and giving this to our daughter.

Having trouble with a lid not closing properly and not building pressure have used it three times now and two of the three times it burn the food because it’s not building pressure

But so. Everything is fast yes. Chicken was bland and mushy. And the instructions were terrible, even after going on line for help

Great if you want it cooked to death. Have not had time to really work with it. Does a good job on brown rice and making broth from turkey carcasses.

Product is a little confusing to use and understand. The venting or natural venting especially. Minutes to cook not very accurate it seems less water is also needed.

I purchased it on deal. Only complaint with this is that when I cook chicken in it with closed lid, it get burned.

Great instapot but takes time to understand how to properly use it. The machine can also be kinda intimidating to first time users.

Great instapot. This is a replacement for an off brand one which did not work as well as this one.

This is a very good cooker and a must have for any home. Easy to use with lots of cooking options.

Not sure really. I bought this but returned it because I found an instant pot that was cheaper than this one.

I had problems putting the ring around the top but we got it worked out not bad

Haven't actually had the chance to use it yet, but looking forward to when I get to.

Hope that I'll get better at using the Duo Nova; at this point it is not meeting my expectations.

Haven't cooked in it yet. All I've done is clean it and cooked water. Ask me again in 2 weeks

Very hard to put together, also very large and heavy had to return it.,

It’d a pressure cooker. So if that’s what you are looking for you will be happy.

We purchased this on the rave reviews from a sales person at the store. We always wanted to try one but had never really spoken to someone who had used it. We did not have the same experience as that person. We read the directions and decided to cook frozen chicken wings which took an hour and a half, the top would not seal and when it finally did and released the steam, the display started to go crazy, flickering and flashing and then read "food burn" over and over again. A quick internet search said it would do that if there wasn't enough water in it but there was plenty. After the first batch was finally done, we decide to try it again (yes, glutten for punishment I guess) and the exact same thing happened. The wings were basically boiled and rubbery. We returned it.

I bought an Instant Pot mostly to make my own yogurt, but also so I could do other things (make batches of beans and rice quickly, etc). My 1st Instant Pot couldn't make yogurt for some reason, and everything else I made needed additional time added on to the manufacturer recommendation. I emailed Instant Pot with my issues, they had me do a test, and concluded that my product was eligible under warranty for me to receive a replacement. I got the replacement, but the problem is even worse with the replacement! Best Buy won't give me a refund because too much time has lapsed, and Instant Brands just wants to send me another Instant Pot (which I don't want because I now have 2 faulty machines). In my opinion, this device isn't worth it as I can cook on the stove top without the hassle (as this machine definitely hasn't saved me any time so far!).

The handle was broken. But good to use it. I like the product.
