I am not as crazy about it as I thought I would be.

My advice here is that you really look at the instructions and view a utube video or something! I almost burned myself trying to open up this pot! It does do the job, but read up before you use!

It shouldn't take a flashlight and magnifying glass to line up 2 arrows which must be done before cooking. This is a flaw that called for several short movies to explain. Put white out so you won't have the problem. Really?! I don't know what other design flaws there are. They didn't fix this one. I returning the pot. (Best Buy has a really good return policy)

I get this for canning not pleased with this for that purpose. However for making rice or other things it’s good

I saw an email notice stating that I had made this purchase and tried repeatedly to contact a sales representative by phone or by email with no success. I then had to contact all my credit cards and banks to insure that my identity hadn't been stolen. I have no idea who ended up with the product but deserve an explanation.

Purchased IP in deal, and got defective one. It takes too long to cook as compare to normal pressure cooker. Now I am just killing my time calling IP support again and again. Best Buy don’t even listen if customers get wrong product Don’t waste your money.

It literally doesn’t work at all. I bought this to cook rice in it and as soon I took it out I saw a dent on the right side of it. I tried to make rice and it took forever when set it for 10 minutes. I do not recommend this brand of instant pot.

I had to cook a pork loin three times and it still wasn’t done. I think the insta pot I had was defective so I returned it. I’m not going to replace it, though.

I used this pot once. I think it is dangerous if you have never used one before. The instructions did not explain things well!!!

Did not like the instant pot. I almost burned my self. I have used it only once. Not worth the money I paid for it.

This was the best thing I’ve ever bought! It was a gift for Mother’s Day, and it was worth every penny. Love that it came with a recipe book, and it was so easy to use! We’ve had it for several years now and it’s still going strong!

I bought this product 2 weeks ago, No more eating out for us!! Yeah... Must healthier meals in minutes... I love that you can cook from frozen in 2 hours or Less... Still on a learning curve, But so far, I'm in Love!!! It truly paid for itself the first week..

Finally got on the IP craze and bought this last year. I use it mainly for making rice and yogurt. It does both perfectly. I've been able to get rid of my dirty 20-yr old rice cooker and bulky thermal pot. Love the IP!

Basically it was e-waste after 18 months. It died. Sent the company the receipts, pictures and every thing they asked for and was told it was a boil over event and poor cleaning. Sorry guys. Looks like planned obsolescence or design flaws because I cleaned that thing diligently. The blame the victim thing upset me off enough to write a review. Buy something else. The offered a 20% off coupon. Ah, just no. I won’t throw good money after bad based on am abusive business model. I loved it up to that point amd will buy another pressure cooker but from anyone else.
