Way too loud!

When powering up the unit I quickly noticed that this thing is loud! Think industrial fan on your kitchen counter loud. We started with potato chips. The fan blew the potato slices on the top rack off to the side. The top cooked much to quick compared to the bottom rack. When trying to take the racks out, they easily drop causing your food to fall. It did cook the stuffed peppers and chicken very well, but with the noise and the racks easily falling, I will definitely return this.
