No hassles, no weird noises, no circuit breaks or sparks. No hiccups what so ever, cooks food perfectly every time. Yet exactly 30 days after the warranty runs out, my fryer quietly turned off in the middle of cooking and shows no intention of turning back on. I don't partake in conspiracy ideology, but this kind of coincidence is very suspicious. Oh, and tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Thanks, Instant!

Great addition to kitchen - can be loud

Learning curve is first use not to burn food. Cooks frozen food very fast and retains crunchiness. If you have kids who like fish sticks and french fries, this is a great applicance to have. You also have to get used to how loud it is - comparable to a vent hood on high.

She was looking to purchase for both of us, but I surprised her in bringing this to her. Although she is still figuring things out, she is enjoying it. The only thing is it did not come with a recipes book to describe the different settings. Other than that, a definite recommendation!
