This is a replacement for many things in my kitchen so we love it. We have tried every feature except for the dehydration and it has all exceeded our expectations. We are fans of the instant pot brand so we can say it matches the quality of their other products

Love this air fryer. I do wish it was a little bit bigger, but gets the job done

We've had this air fryer for about four months now and do not like it much. It heats food unevenly, and requires rotating the trays every few minutes, or else you will have burned food on top and undercooked on the bottom. I wish there were more options in where to place the trays. The buttons are not responsive and I find I have to press the buttons multiple times for it to register. The notification beeps are extremely loud and there is no volume setting. The machine itself is also super loud, sounds like a small plane in the kitchen.

Was looking to enlarge our air fryer and found this one on sale. Had to get used to the preheat option as well as this one cooks faster. Probably hecause of the vortex on it. If you used another brand you may want to cut your cook time in half until you get used to it. Thats what we did and it works great for us.

I love this air fryer. Its easy to use and easy to clean.

It is very loud and did not feel quality. Every time I loses or opened the door it felt like it was going come off.

It took too long to cook my chicken. I bought what the directions said about weight but still it didn’t fit. Had to cut the chicken to fit I didn’t enjoy mayb it was me.

The oven itself is great, but I paid for a brand new oven, not one that had been repackaged (and poorly at that, without an operation manual and other parts missing). Very disappointed in this transaction. I won't order online again.

this air fryer was great but after 1 1/2 yrs the fan stopped. bella company was very good about honoring warranty but unfortunately couldnt replace the unit but gave full refund.

The air fryer cooks well, and that's the most important thing. However from day 1, the touch pads were difficult to operate. You really have to mash on them sometimes to get them to work at all. I was able to live with that, even though I probably have had to. Now, the display is starting to fail. I purchased this during the first week of May, 2022, and today is March 8 2024. I'm giving only 2 stars because of the following; Although it still cooks food as well as the day we got it, I expect a kitchen appliance to last more than 2 years. This, in less than two years, appears to be approaching end of life status. It doesn't matter if it CAN cook. If I cant set the cooking temp and duration, it's essentially useless. Minus 2 stars for extremely short life expectancy. The control "buttons" have always been a pain in the... fingers. Minus one star for that.

This has been the way I've been cooking since I got it. I just got the okay to eat pork and chicken once more and this allows me to include pork in my diet by reducing the oil that it would be drowned in if fried conventionally. Anyone looking to eat well should have something like this in their kitchen.
