The first few times we used it, it stunk like burning plastic really bad. It’s getting better; however, it still smells like burning plastic. It only has heating elements on the top so if you use more than one tray, you have to rotate the trays or the bottom ones won’t cook. The food has been good, just wish we’d have researched it a little more before buying.

This item gets used 3 to 4 times per week; we use it for everything and it cooks like a champ. Trust me, I'm not liar; it's dire that you get this fryer and try her. Enjoy!

This is my first air fryer and I've yet to use it but one of my family members has one she is enjoying it.

This is my 2nd air fryer - ( I started with a small basket One) - researched a few days before this purchase and decided on vortex. I use it everyday for bacon to steak! Be patient on how to adjust temp and time for different foods- love this airfyer!

This is our second one of these. So obviously, we love it. The first one we accidentally fried by putting food against the heating coil. Oh well.

It is exactly what I expected. Works well. Gives you a nice way to have "crispy" without all the oil. Frozen fish, potatoes and such come out great...much better then oven. I have air fried about every vegetable you can imagine.

I love this product, buuuuuuut it is hard to clean behind the door in the crevices.

Overall a good air fryer. I have tried french fries and chicken wings. Came really well. The one I have problem is the time and temperature controls. We need to press the controls very hard to change them.

Its okay and food tastes fine. Its a little messy, the design of the drip pan is not great. The pan is very shallow and a lot leaks out the front. Its fine for basic stuff like fries or chicken tenders.

Noisy, more expensive than other, higher quality, models. Feels cheap. Easy to use touch controls, but couldn't figure out how to get it to not say "off". Looked tacky and didn't want to read the manual(do people still read those?). Comes with a good assortment of attachments as well. Overall not my choice after going through many. Not terrible, there's just better to be had in this price range, so returned it. (Bella Pro 12.6)

Really love this air fryer with one exception from the time I took it out of box the touch screen has been difficult to accept commands I have had to press the commands sometimes as many as 20 times also I paid full price only to see that price has been reduced by $50 :(

Needed a new air fryer old one stopped working.Saw this one online and got good reviews and they were right! Works as good if not better than old one that was replaced.Impressed how crispy the chicken was and with little or no oil

This has made life easier. Sometimes the buttons don’t always register when you push them though.

Never having anything from an airfryer i dont really have anything to compare to. I just have my expectations. While the food is good and cooking with this is convenient, the results are not as amazing as I expected.

Great machine, especially for couples or small families. Faster cook times and more energy efficient than large oven. Would have liked more cooking instructions for wider range of foods, but able to find helpful information on the web.

So far so good. Only had this for 2 month and pretty great air fryer.
