    Cooks fine, but the control panel and buttons are a disaster. So frustrating when they don't work! I thought it was me, but it's not. I would return this if I could, but it's too late. Ugh!!

    The bottom rack leaves food soggy, not cripsy, so always use the top rack. Also, turns off at random when its only been in use for a few minutes. Really had high hopes this would last a while but two years and a month later isnt bad, I guess...
