I was not impressed but was gonna keep anyway until a friend said thier mom had one and steam was not escaping from top of door, so i just decided to return to be safe. pans seemed nice but it was smaller than i expected and when using both trays, food on top cooked more as there is no heating element on bottom. did not try toast or reheat, only air fry as that was the purpose for purchasing

Broke after 1 month!

We were preparing to use it for dinner last night and it shut off in the middle of the preheat cycle. We checked the cord and the breaker as suggested, but only the power light would go on - the control panel blank. We are very disappointed to learn that this is a common problem with this model. I am hoping the return is hassle-free! If the replacement lasts, I'll give this 5 starts no problem!!
