Used frequently for a month and working very well.

This product worked great until it didn’t. Shortly after a year and conveniently after the warranty ended…I began having issues with the door not registering as closed. 2 months later, the product will not power on. Seems to be a common issue based off of the forums found on line.

We LOVED our Instant pot vortex plus for 1 month, about two to three times a day. We were preparing to use it for dinner last night and it shut off in the middle of the preheat cycle. We checked the cord and the breaker as suggested, but only the power light would go on - the control panel blank. We are very disappointed to learn that this is a common problem with this model. I am hoping the return is hassle-free! If the replacement lasts, I'll give this 5 starts no problem!!

only has for less than a month. I was not impressed but was gonna keep anyway until a friend said thier mom had one and steam was not escaping from top of door, so i just decided to return to be safe. pans seemed nice but it was smaller than i expected and when using both trays, food on top cooked more as there is no heating element on bottom. did not try toast or reheat, only air fry as that was the purpose for purchasing

It works fine but i didn’t like it that much, cleaning was a hassle for me and it took alot if space in my kitchen

This was the first airfryer I bought. I ended up taking it back, only because I cook alot from scratch and it just didn't work for me. Better used for premade food.

The airfry basket is extremely flimsy and hard to open while hit. The smell of burnt plastic could be smelled with every use.

When I push the buttons to operate any function it takes time to respond, the soft touch isn’t that good, meanwhile the fan sound is high .

They wanted the air fryer with the baskets. They said they are better.

I'm not a fan of it. I should of gotten the regular one. I don't like the way it cooks. I haven't tried the fry basket but I have cooked a few things and I'm just not impressed.

I really want to love this Ari fryer but the door won't "close" properly unless there is something holding the door up like a credit card under the door. Which is stupid but the thing works great and my store didn't have any in stock and I couldn't return without re ordering and I didn't want to give up ym Air fryer so I delt with it...

Loved this thing use it for almost everything. Makes making dinner so much easier.

Need to return this item. It is so hard to open the door. When I got it open it rattles. Called for help, connected online to AI….very frustrating. I gave up.

Really cool product. Does the airfry ing really easily and cooks easy now

Works great but alert sounds are so ungodly loud and ear piercing. Would be nice to turn it down 8,000db.... Would recommend a quieter air fryer

I bought this Air fryer because my older one was 2 years old. To be honest the oldest one was better. The older one used to chicken better.

We purchased this air fryer based on price as well as reviews and functionality. The product worked great for the first 2 cooks. However, after only 2 uses the control panel is flaky and only functions 1/2 the time. Additionally, the temperature settings seems to switch from Fahrenheit to Celsius with no reason and there is no way to change it back that I can find in the manual and difficult to get customer support. The final thing I have found is that the temperature settings are limited to around 400 degrees Fahrenheit maximum.

Ehhhh. It’s ok It does what it’s supposed to, and it does it adequately. It’s hard to clean, and that’s the biggest concern.

It cooks good but it doesnt cook well for two level cooking..the lower level will need more cooking time

As an air fryer it is great. Howervr the rotisserie does not work right. It does not turn completely around every time
