Has a lot of heating uses haven’t used all the functions yet buts I believe it works

Enjoyed the air fryer while it lasted. The plastic smell others mentioned takes a long time to go away but doesn't seem to affect the taste of the food. Now for the bad part - we used it for about 2 months and it stopped working altogether in the middle of making wings. No longer gets power to the control panel - just fried. It failed outside the Best Buy return window so trying to get warranty support with no luck so far. Will keep trying. Based on my experience so far, I would avoid this and other Instant Pot branded products. They seem to be pretty shoddy in terms of quality control and then aren't responsive when it comes to honoring the stated warranty.

Had it for week and was not happy. Several issues included the loud fan noise, long warm up time, does not toast well since there are no heat elements on the bottom, and small size of cooking area. The buttons did not work well either. It did make a good meal of pork chops but awful pot stickers. I returned and replaced with the Ninja Foodi.... so much better with all the listed issues!

This product is okay, I have a big family so it really doesn't work for us.

I hav not used it yet but i hear that it works great im planning 2 use it 4 the holidays.

This item did not work out for me. I did not like using the handle to get shelves or rotary basket out. It was returned to store.

Have only used it once so I can't say yet how good a job it does, but I can say the light has already stopped working and the website it tells you to go to for the manual throws an error...

I found could not cook a 12 inch pizza in unit, place a muffin tin in oven, or an 8 inch cake pan. Since I hae uppper cabinets in my kitchen would have to drag unit our on counter for every use. I decided my convection toaster oven was the best option

It takes up a lot of space, and has limited usefulness for our needs.

Buttons are very hard to get to engage. Basket gets very hot and hard to remove end to get to food. It doesn't take up much counter space, which is what I was looking for. I am returning and going to look at other brands.

I have already returned the first one I ordered as a gift for my father because it came in a box completely ripped up with no paper work or anything and half of the accessories and instructions were missing. When I returned it the process was super easy and the associate was very kind but when the replacement arrived the box was torn to pieces again and more things were missing. These packages were immediately brought inside so no someone did not steal anything from them but luckily I was home both times and they weren’t a gift for someone in my household because they weren’t shipped and anything. They just had a shipping label stuck on the side. I will be returning this for a SECOND time and taking my business else where

The baking/air frying characteristics actually work well. Unfortunately, the front buttons only work half the time. Light or heavy touches didn't seem to matter.

Touch keys are not very responsive. You need to push several times. Too loud. Not easy to close the door, I have to try a few times.

I wanted an Air Fryer that required minimum interaction. Not the case here. Preferred not to have to watch it cook, turn the meat and watch it finish cooking.

Received item damaged but packaging was undamaged. Return was fast and easy at the store.

I had this less than two weeks before it died. It started beeping randomly and then I started smelling a burnt electrical smell. Thankfully I was home when this happened but shudder to think what might've happened if I wasn't.

Doesn't cook evenly using both racks. If you only use one rack, your cooking surface is very small.

Unboxed the unit but it was not what we wanted. We want it to hold a 5-6 lb chicken for rotisserie.

The door was very unstable, it felt like it was going to fall off.

Received today and the right led number where the time/temp shows up is completely out. Now I get to decide if I'm going to go through the hassle of trying to figure out how to ship this back for a refund. Expected better from Instant Pot
