Great air fryer. I prefer the rack style as the food gets hot air on all surfaces and you dont have to shake the basket. This is the second IP vortex as the first had a long great life. Great size for counter top and easily stored when not in use. Only downfall is the buttons can be hard to use.

Very convenient and easy to use. My husband loves this thing, he uses it, and I clean it! I like the easy to clean portion of it, and he loves the fast easy cooking part

Overall this is worth the buy, I haven’t used my microwave in about 6 months, I prefer heating my food this way and it works pretty fast, it will heat your kitchen pretty heavily so make sure it is well ventilated, also the rotating basket is great for veggies and potatoes. The only gripe I have is the touch function wears out after while and it becomes hard to select options

It's spacious for making quite a bit of food at the same time. It's light which makes it convenient if you store it between uses. It is pretty user friendly as well.

This is my second air fryer appliance and overall I'm happy with it. It's compact and does a good job. I took off a star because the preheat time seems long. If you have to turn an item or otherwise open the oven door, you have to wait for the temperature to be reached before it starts air frying or other function leading to possible undercooking of the food. Keep an eye on this and you'll be happy with this air fryer.

My first time using it, I didnt expect it to cook so fast. I left my food unattended in the air fryer for 10mins, because thats how long it usually take to cook the food in my old air fryer. It’s so nice, now I dont have to wait for a long time for my food to cook or reheat. Highly recommend instant brand.

Love it - my wife uses it all the time - can't wait to put a small chicken in the rotisserie - plenty big for feeding 2-3 people

Had it for a short time but I like it so far. Cooks fast and cleans up easy. Made some chicken wings and they were just delicious. Only down side, it’s small.

I must say I’m pleasantly surprised how well this air fryer works. I especially like the rotisserie attachment it works wonders on fries and chicken nuggets. I have used it the air fryer numerous times for different recipes and I must say it is a most have.

The oven part works correctly but the control panel leaves a lot to be desired. The digital display is hard to read and the buttons or poorly lit and most the time are very hard to push. Enlist newer versions come out with a different control panel I would say it's more aggravation than it's worth.

This has been a great product. It is compact, easy to use and easy to clean. I have been able to replace 2 other counter top cookers with this one.

Love the set up and is very user friendly. Cooks everything great just rotate the racks a bit for an even cook if using both racks. Would buy again!

We bought this in hopes to use our oven less and have quicker, crisper food without deep frying. Its wonderful. it is a little loud but it is so worth it.

LOVE using this fryer for different types of foods. Reheating fries to hard boiling eggs to making wings! This fryer does it all! Great purchase!

If you're into the strong smell of plastic that permeates your entire house then congratulations this one is for you! Cooks great, the rotisserie chicken cooked very well (baring the subtle plastic after taste), too small for a family of 4 or more, easy to use and clean, could have been awesome. But no matter what, the extremely strong smell of plastic was too much. We even ran an initial 60 minutes on air-fryer outside to avoid what other reviewers mention, did not help. It took a super deep clean on the kitchen to get rid of most of the smell and for several days after a slight smell remained in the immediate area.
